Life’s better in the trees!
We learned that this weekend at TreEscape Aerial Adventure Park where we had the BEST time experiencing their challenging and fun courses in the most incredible forested setting.
After parking and enjoying the beautiful walk to the course — which included following fun facts and guided arrows — the helpful staff put on our gear (harness, safety lanyard, and gloves). We were then given instructions on how to use the course worked and how to use our newly attached gear, which included trying out the twizzle system before we used them in the trees!
My three kids (7, 10, and 13) and I all started on the yellow course (the second to easiest), but after trying a section, my youngest found it to be too where she then went to the purple with her cousin as we all continued along the yellow path. This included going through tubes, wooden platforms, rope walks, climbing elements and so many obstacles, which all got increasingly challenging with every module, ending with a super fun zip line!
My youngest equally had fun in the purple course where she enjoyed over 20 climbing elements — going through tubes and planks and even enjoying a mini zip line.
My older two went on to do the easier green course, which was super challenging, higher in elevation, and included even more zip lines throughout the experience. While they thought some of it was hard, they felt incredibly accomplished and confident after they were finished and keep talking about how they couldn’t wait to return!
After around three-hours, we finished those two courses and were “buzzing” from this adventurous afternoon that was so much fun, freeing, and challenging. Highly recommend for families of all ages as well as all abilities and skill levels.
