Etihad Player of the Month: Bernardo Silva

Bernardo Silva is a great player and after deciding to stay at City one more year the Portuguese star has won City’s player of the month award.

Thanks to great performances and being at his best last month, especially against Chelsea, Leicester and Paris Saint-Germain where he was a key cog of Pep’s team.

He has been playing on a similar level of consistency that resulted in him winning the Etihad Player of the Year award in 2018/19. Let’s hope that continues.

Bernardo had to overcome the sizeable challenges of Rodrigo and Joao Cancelo for the Etihad prize, won in August by Gabriel Jesus.

Nicely done, Bernardo, may it continue.
