Rodriguez gave up two earned runs on three hits and zero walks while striking out six in five innings Monday against the Rays in Game 4 of the ALDS.
While Rodriguez did not factor in the decision, he pitched well enough for Boston to close out the Rays and advance to the ALCS. Boston will face the winner of the series between the Astros and White Sox. Rodriguez could start multiple games in that series.
