Pittsburgh Pet of the Week: Meade

This handsome guy is looking for his forever home. Make an appointment to meet him at Animal Friends.

Meade

Breed:  Hound/Bulldog, American | Sex: Male
Age: 3.3 years | Weight: 57 pounds
Arrived: May 28, 2021

This handsome guy came to Animal Friends as a transfer from another shelter. When Meade arrived at Animal Friends, he needed surgery on his left back leg from a previous injury. Meade spent a considerable amount of time in a foster home and is doing extremely well! Meade may be able to live in a home with children 6 years and older. Meade may be able to live with another dog, pending a meet and greet at Animal Friends first.

Each of our dogs has received a thorough medical examination, is current on all appropriate vaccinations (including rabies) and has been microchipped and spayed or neutered.

Animal Friends is open for adoption by appointment only, please email our Adoption team at AdoptionInfo@ThinkingOutsideTheCage.org to set up a time to visit.

Please read our adoption guidelines and start your application before coming to meet one of our dogs in person. A typical adoption can take up to an hour. Please visit at least one hour before closing if you plan to adopt that day.
