The Chicago Bears beat the Las Vegas Raiders 20-to-9 in a complete team effort that saw these five players shine.

After last week’s win over the Detroit Lions, David Montgomery’s knee injury, and the team announced that rookie first-round pick Justin Fields would grace the starting role for the remainder of the season, many were interested in how the Bears would come out against the Las Vegas Raiders. The Raiders, who lost a close game to the Los Angles Chargers the week prior, were looking like one of the top teams in the sport.

In the Bears’ first-ever game at Allegiant Stadium, the team dominated on defense as the offense moved the ball and scored enough to keep the team in front. This offense has come a long way since the Browns trashed them, now beating a team that has played great.

The Bears won this game thanks in part to the work of these five players.

Kicker Cairo Santos continues to be perfect on the season as he made both of his extra-point attempts and his two late-game field goal attempts to seal the victory. On a day where there were 11 missed extra points, kicking consistency is essential, and Santos has once again proven that.

His late-game kick put the team’s defense in a comfortable position to allow the Raiders to drive but not need to play over aggressively and stop any score. The Bears should be glad and hope that the rest of the league kicking woes have not caught up to them.
