Keith Beatty Team Ranks On National Real Estate List For 10th Year

For the 10th consecutive year, the Keith Beatty Team of Wilmington-based Intracoastal Realty Corp. was named one of America’s most productive sales associates by RealTrends + Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals, a ranking report produced by RealTrends and Tom Ferry International, according to a news release. 

The team is now a member of America’s Best Real Estate Agents and ranked number No. 4 for the state of North Carolina, the release stated. 

RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals ranked over 18,500 residential real estate professionals based on their excellence in real estate sales in 2020, according to the release. 

All production numbers are independently verified by a third party. This group of sales agents represents the top 1% of all real estate practitioners in the United States, the release stated. 

“Our team is pleased and honored to be ranked as one of the country’s top residential real estate groups,” Keith Beatty said in the release. “It represents the time and effort that we put into satisfying our clients’ needs and the amount of work it takes to build a successful real estate career. The level of sales it takes to qualify makes this a special recognition which we are honored to receive.”
