- Conrad keeps going to the crash site to look around. Marshall calls him out on doing it and never feeling any better aftwrward, but Conrad can't make sense of the accident. Marshall gives him space.
- Bell's mentor gets on his case about Dr. Devi's attention and also Bell not closing on Kit yet.
- Trevor and AJ talk about Trevor's abandoment issues.
- They get pulled over by a cop when they're driving and Trevor instigates things when he notices that the cop likely only did it because they're black. Just when things escalate and the cop pulls out his gun, a motorist htis the cop.
- AJ and Trevor rush to save the cop who needs a appesiotomy on the scene.
- Bell's mentor is awful to Leela in surgery and almost lets a patient bleed out.
- Devon advises Leela to be careful how she speaks about Bell's mentor and how she reports him. Leela talks to Kit slightly.
- AJ and Trevor bring in the cop and they tend to him. The cops needs surgery, and Devon wonders if AJ is in the right headspace to do it after what happened.
- Kit talks to Bell about his mentor.
- Kit asks Bell to observe Cranepool.
- AJ invites Trevor to watch the surgery he performs. Billie is upset at Aj for having Trevor in the hospital and spending time with him.
- conrad thinks that Nic had a fatal brain injury and Devon tries to level with him after talking to Billie about how much Conrad is spiraling.
- While AJ is performing surgery, he notices a ruptured aorta which is how they have to work fast. Trevor watches.
- Billie tells Conrad that Nic used to faint sometime in school and he asks her to talk to Kyle to see if Nic's mother had a hitory of fainting.
- Cranepool is still sniping at Leela. Cranepool messes up after icking Leela out. Bell jumps into the srugery to assist .
- Bell calls Cranepool out on his error.
- Conrad finds out that Nic and her mother both used to faint a lot in the summer when they were dehydrated.
- He figures out that Nic had sudden cardiac failure. CPDT. Stress and panic attacks etc could be the cause. He brings Gigi in to get her tested for it.
- Conrad finds out that Gigi didn't have the issue and Nic probably didn't either.
- Billie tells AJ about her rape and why she doesn't want to tell Trevor.
- AJ tells Trevor that they can't be around the hosptial anymore.
- Conrad goes back to the scene and sees a deer.
- Bell talks his mentor into retiring.
