The team is reportedly afraid his injury is severe and season-ending. However, Kingsbury did not have any specifics.

“With Maxx we’ll know more in the next couple of days,” he said.

Essentially, he was saying to wait until the injury report or roster moves come on Wednesday.

Hudson left the game with a rib injury. Kingsbury also didn’t have much to say in his update.

“We’ll know more in the next couple of days,” he said. Again, we have to wait for roster moves or the injury report.

However, if we look at the last three players on the roster to suffer rib injuries — tackle Kelvin Beachum and cornerbacks Byron Murphy and Marco Wilson — all missed at least one game.

The Cardinals are comfortable with Max Garcia at center if they need him to play.

Murphy and Wilson both missed Sunday’s game with rib injuries. Kingsbury is hopeful they can return this week.

“We’re hoping that the weekend off helped those guys, we’ll see,” he said. “It will be day-to-day. Going into this week, seeing how they feel moving around and take it from there.”
