Monday Night Football top plays: Ravens rally to beat Colts in OT

Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens scored 16 unanswered points to force overtime against Carson Wentz and the Indianapolis Colts, winning 31-25 in a Monday night thriller.

The Ravens' dazzling, fourth-quarter surge made it 25-25 to force the extra frame, and then Ravens wideout Marquise Brown sealed the deal for Baltimore and put the Ravens atop the AFC North at 4-1.

Jackson finished the night 37-for-43 for 442 yards and four touchdowns — his first career 400-yard passing game. His 86% completion rate is the best mark ever in a 400-yard passing game.

Baltimore is now 8-0 in its past eight October games, and Wentz's starting record against the Ravens dropped to 0-3.

Here are the top moments from Monday's matchup.

Baltimore Ravens 31, Indianapolis Colts 25

FIRST HALF

The Colts struck first on their first drive of the game, as Jonathan Taylor took it to the house on this third-and-15 play.

On the other side, Ravens first-round draft pick Odafe Oweh came up with a big defensive play, forcing this turnover after the Colts had the ball for more than seven minutes in the first frame.

It was a quiet second quarter as the teams traded field goals. Heading into the break, the Ravens trailed the Colts 10-3.

SECOND HALF

The Colts kept rolling to start the third quarter. Michael Pittman Jr. snagged this 42-yard laser from Wentz for Indianapolis' second score of the night.

Baltimore responded by charging downfield. How about this all-out run from Jackson?

But misfortune struck the Ravens midway through the third, when Jackson fumbled the ball inside the 1-yard line, and it was returned 98 yards.

After review, an illegal forward pass negated the touchdown, but the Colts scored six plays later on this short run from Taylor.

On the ensuing two-point conversion attempt, Wentz's pass was intercepted by Ravens safety Chuck Clark. Baltimore made the most of the momentum shift, as Jackson found Brown at the end of a five-play, 75-yard drive to put up six for the Ravens.

Heading into the final frame, the Ravens trailed the Colts 22-9.

In the fourth quarter, the Ravens got their second score of the night when Mark Andrews found the end zone on his team's first possession of the frame.

Then the Colts' field-goal attempt was blocked by Ravens DE Calais Campbell, keeping Baltimore's comeback hopes alive and Indianapolis within arm's reach, 25-17.

With 39 seconds to spare, Jackson found Andrews once again to knot things up.

The Colts had a chance to win it all, but Rodrigo Blankenship missed a 47-yard field goal, sending things to OT.

OVERTIME

In the extra period, the Ravens took charge of the field, moving the chains and finding the end zone with ease on this connection between Jackson and Brown, which sealed the comeback victory for Baltimore.
