Machine Gun Kelly Will Not Face Criminal Charges For Parking Lot Incident

Machine Gun Kelly will not face criminal charges for an incident involving a parking lot attendant in August. Radar reports that the L.A. City Attorney's Office decided not to pursue a case against MGK because there “was no reasonable likelihood of conviction.”

The alleged victim, John Tillie, claims he was working his job on Aug. 23rd when the musician and Mod Sun showed up at his parking lot to film their movie, Good Mourning with a U. He claims MGK and his entourage got “aggressive” with him when he asked them to leave because they did not have a permit.

Law enforcement sources say they didn't have enough evidence to prove the rocker touched the man.
