Brooklyn Comes Alive has announced the full-show streaming premiere of the full Break Science Live Band set from the September 2021 event.

Tune in to the Break Science Live Band full-show Brooklyn Comes Alive stream tonight, Wednesday, October 13th, at 8:00 p.m. ET via Couchtour.tv or on Facebook via the Brooklyn Comes Alive, Break Science, and Live For Live Music pages.

The performance at the sprawling Brooklyn Mirage came as part of a full-day music marathon featuring nationally touring bands, never-before-seen-collaborations, and more. For a full rundown of the festivities at Brooklyn Comes Alive 2021, head here.

As the sun set over the City that day, offering breathtaking views of the skyline from the venue’s towering catwalk, Break Science took over the BCA stage with a never-before-seen live band lineup featuring core duo Adam Deitch (drums) and Borahm Lee (keyboards, production) alongside turntablist Chris Karns, bassist Hunter Roberts, and trumpeter Eric “Benny” Bloom (Lettuce).

Lee, in particular, shined in this new formation. With his left hand freed up by Roberts and his production duties bolstered by Karns, Borahm was able to show off more of his classically trained piano mastery. The result was a refreshing, jazz/soul-oriented sound that seemed to gleefully defy the harder-edged, dubstep-facing style for which Break Science has long been known.
