The Indianapolis Colts announced on Monday that the team has promoted both safety Ibraheim Campbell and defensive end Kameron Cline from the team’s practice squad ahead of their primetime matchup against the Baltimore Ravens:

At 5’11, 201 pounds, Campbell has spent time on both the Colts practice squad and active roster since last season. He’s appeared in 1 game so far this season and could provide additional safety depth while contributing on special teams.

Meanwhile, Cline could provide the Colts defensive line an additional big body on the edge against the Baltimore Ravens’ ground-heavy, power-run game (*and an extra special teams contributor). At 6’4”, 283 pounds, Cline could make his 2021 debut for the Colts—having appeared in one game last season.

The Colts are already without defensive ends Kwity Paye (hamstring) and Isaac Rochell (illness) along the defensive line for Monday Night Football—so the opportunity is there for Cline to potentially make an immediate impact.
