It was win or go home for the Chicago White Sox in Game 3 against the Houston Astros in their ALDS series and after putting up 12 runs in a 12-6 victory, there will now be a game for in Chicago.

Following the win, per the Associated Press, White Sox reliever Ryan Tepera raised some eyebrows after accusing the Astros of sign-stealing.

“Yeah. It is what it is. They’ve obviously had a reputation of doing some sketchy stuff over there,” he said. “It’s just, we can say that it’s a little bit of a difference. I think you saw the swings and misses tonight compared to, you know, the first two games at Minute Maid. But that’s not really the story, you know? We come here to play. We’re going to compete. We’re not going to worry about what they’re going to do.

“All we have to do is execute pitches and they can't hit them anyways.”

While the White Sox did get the better of the Astros in Game 3, Houston's offense still poured in six runs themselves, which is not a total to scoff at.

Tepera's comments could add another layer to this already dramatic series that has been wildly entering between the White Sox and Astros.

Houston of course had the cheating scandal that helped them in their 2017 World Series title run and when they made another push in 2018. Teams like the White Sox must still be on the look out for other shenanigans.

The White Sox will look to push this series back to a Game 5 in Houston if they can win Game 4 on Monday night.
