Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Emmerdale serial killer Meena Jutla resorts to desperate measures to keep Victoria Barton away from David Metcalfe tonight (October 11).
Meena (Paige Sandhu) is currently engaged in a battle of wills with Victoria, who's keen to keep an eye on how David is recovering after the recent shooting incident.
Since Meena returned to the village last week, she has become determined to oversee David's progress all by herself.
She also rightly suspects that David (Matthew Wolfenden) and Victoria (Isabel Hodgins) have romantic feelings for each other, so is trying to make David suffer by replacing his extra-strength painkillers with paracetamol.

In Monday's episode, Victoria confides in Wendy Posner (Susan Cookson) over her worries for David and how Meena is trying to cut her out of the situation.
Wendy decides to seek some answers from Meena herself, but soon lets slip that she's questioning her on behalf of Victoria.
Later, Meena confronts Victoria and warns her to back off once and for all.
Meena lies to Victoria by claiming that David wants her to stay away from him from now on.

Meena makes out that David has been complaining about Victoria, which isn't the case at all. But will Victoria be taken in by Meena's deception?
Emmerdale bosses have named the Meena, Victoria and David story as one to watch, as it'll be taking centre stage in the Super Soap Week episodes next week.
As Meena plans her revenge against Victoria, some deadly stunts follow and not everyone will make it out alive.
An Emmerdale statement recently teased: "Fast paced, ambitious storytelling, filmed across several locations and involving multiple spectacular stunts [that] will have viewers on the edge of their seats.

"At the heart of the drama, fuelled by overpowering jealousy, is malevolent Meena, whose cold-blooded attempts to have everything her own way will cast a dark and foreboding shadow throughout the drama.
"With twists and turns at every corner, which will no doubt shock and surprise the audience in equal measure, the week's compelling chain of events will lead to a chilling climax."
Emmerdale airs tonight at 7pm on ITV.
