Gibbs and McGee head to Arkansas.

Vance knows, but Parker is pissed that people are helping him escape.

In Arkansas, the duo continue their mission and find Sonia and confront her.

They leave after she said she's too busy.

Parker shows up on the dock and arrests Gibbs. They tell Parker about Sonia and he doesn't believe everything they're saying, but he goes along.

They confront Sonia again and Gibbs lets her go because he says it is bureaucratic red tape.

This causes even more problems when Sonia leaves and gets in the car outside. She picks up her phone and dials before we learn that Parker is arresting her.

They check who she last called and it was Phil, so they realize he was the one hiring the killers.

Parker says he spoke to Fornell and learned Gibbs did not deserve to be arrested.

His boss fired him for the unilateral decision that threatened everything, but Gibbs is free.

He decided to stay in Naktok Bay and McGee tearfully leaves him behind.

Vance tells Torres that Parker has lost his job and he didn't deserve to lose it to save Gibbs, leaving us with questions about what was happening to the team.
