Jones (undisclosed) needed to be carted off the field near the end of the second quarter of Sunday's game in Dallas, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.

Jones took a quarterback keeper to the left and was met just before the goal line by two Cowboys defenders. His helmet took hits from both of those players and the turf, and he had difficulty getting to and staying on his feet before the Giants' training staff got to him. He likely is undergoing concussion testing and may soon be in the league's protocol for head injuries. As long as Jones is sidelined, Mike Glennon will direct the offense.
