Fields hit tight end Jesper Horsted for a two-yard touchdown pass early in the second quarter off a play-action fake and rollout to the right. Horsted made a good grab in traffic to complete the touchdown. The score and ensuing extra point gave Chicago a 7-3 lead.

Fields' touchdown pass came in his third NFL start and fifth game. He and the Bears offense struggled mightily in a 26-6 loss to the Browns on Sept. 26, then Chicago relied heavily on the running game in the red zone in a win against Detroit last week.
