If you're no longer interested in being part of a Discord server, you can leave the server to stop further engaging with it. We'll show you how to do this in Discord on desktop, web, and mobile.

  1. In your server list, select the server you want to leave.
  2. Next to the server name, tap the three-dot button (mobile) or down arrow icon (desktop).
  3. In the options that appear, select "Leave Server."
  4. When asked to confirm, hit "Leave Server" again.

When you leave a server, Discord no longer sends you notifications from that server. You also can't post any messages in that server, and it will disappear from your sidebar.
