Joe Schad:Let it loose, Jacoby Brissett, it can't go any worse for Dolphins
The Miami Dolphins' starting quarterback, filling in for the injured Tua Tagovailoa, led a scoring drive capped by a touchdown pass to Myles Gaskin. After the drive, however, the Dolphins ruled him questionable to return with a hamstring injury.
It looked like the offense was going to go to Reid Sinnett, the second-year backup QB from the University of San Diego.
However, before the Dolphins' next possession, Brissett was back warming up on the sideline. CBS' camera crew captured the unusual scene of Brissett being driven back to the sideline on the cart.
Brissett has never been much of a scrambler, but he has looked stiff in the pocket, especially since his return from his brief trip on the injury cart.
Just in case Brissett's condition deteriorates over the course of the game, fans ought to know a little bit about the third-stringer.
The Bucs led the Dolphins 24-10 at halftime after Antonio Brown's second touchdown of the game.
