Following yesterday’s Diablo 2 Resurrected server outage, it seems players are running into issues again! Multiple Diablo 2 Resurrected down reports have surfaced this October 10, which makes this the second consecutive day that the action-RPG’s servers are acting up.
Update (October 11, 2021): If you’re seeing server errors, it’s not you, but the game is experiencing downtime once again! Check out this post, as it’ll be updated with the server status throughout the day.

Update #3 (4:14PM): Blizzard said that the login issues have been resolved! Hopefully, that’s the case for you. We’ll be monitoring the situation and will update if more news develops.

Update #2 (2:20PM): Blizzard has apologized for the outages, and said they are working to resolve it as quick as possible.

Update: Blizzard has acknowledged that there are issues affecting authentication servers.

We’ll be updating the post as more news develops.
For now, the official Blizzard Customer Support Twitter account has not touched on any downtime just yet, though we expect that to chnage given the influx of reports coming in.

dude I had all my characters missing and so much progress at lvl 91 and 85 with very expensive runeswords. Is anyone else having this issue? Will I get my characters back. Way too much stuff to lose just like that
Since day one I’ve been neither able to find nor create public matches on Xbox Series X. Plus servers are down for the weekend now. I’m seriously disappointed! ☹️

This is a blizzard game guys! we all knew what we were signing up for when we bought this game. even though its a 20 year old game you should all know by now these people cannot launch one game without major issues for the first year
how can you sell a buggy game like that at this price……shame on you blizzard….

play that game since the first one and i never never never get this much bug…..NEVER you cant play 1 hour without getting disconnect….. this is a blowout…..they should work a bit more on the server before releasing the game…its more a beta then a finish game now…..

Or can you atleast implement, a 15min notice in the game chat so everyone can be ready to logout & save they’re progress so that not more people get frustrated like me. There’s no way to know when the game is down, when u leave the game…
They can’t because people have learned to use maintenance to dupe like we did in the old days so they have to do it unexpectedly until they patch that.

Just got the game, first thing I see is “You have not been online in the last 30 days. Please start the game while online to check for any login agreements.” Activision is trash.
