Halloween is just around the corner and I know you are looking to find all of the kid-friendly events here in Howard County this year. We've got you covered in this week's article so be sure to check it out.
The beginning of October is always a special one in our family. We celebrated my husband's birthday this past week are also celebrating our anniversary this weekend. We ended up with some extra family time this week which was really nice after the last few weeks of chaos. I'm looking forward to a few more minutes of relaxation maybe towards the end of the weekend.
Last night, I made the new kid favorite family meal in our household these days, Chicken Pot Pie. If you check out our Facebook page, you'll get a glimpse of the veggies jam packed into the pot pie that my kids devoured. A special shout out to our friends at Breezy Willow Farm for always having the freshest vegetables. If you haven't signed up for their Fall C.S.A. yet, I highly recommend you do. I love adding farm fresh local vegetables and fruits to our meals.
Did I mention I FINALLY knocked a bunch of things of my to-do list this week? It feels AMAZING to be able to keep crossing things off! I hope you all had a productive week too.
