Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry rarely misses his free throws, so when he did during Friday's preseason game against the Los Angeles Lakers, LeBron James couldn't help but ask for more.

Late in the second quarter when he went to the charity stripe, Curry shockingly missed his first attempt from the line. As the Warriors guard hoisted up his second, James shouted “Give me two, I ain't ever seen it.” Unfortunately for the Lakers superstar, Steph and the basketball gods did not listen as the ball smoothly went inside the net.

Stephen Curry is a career 90.7 percent shooter from the free throw line, so missed freebies are truly a rarity for him. Nonetheless, what LeBron James should have realized that it's even more uncommon for the Warriors leader to botch two straight free throws. After all, this is the same man who shoots and usually makes his shots from halfcourt (and virtually anywhere on the hardwood) with so much ease.

All jokes aside, LeBron and the Lakers can't really focus on anybody else after their poor performance against the Dubs. James played 18 minutes in his first preseason outing, and it was forgettable to say the least after he recorded just nine points, three rebounds and two assists in the 121-114 loss.

LeBron's All-Star partner Russell Westbrook didn't have the best outing as well, scoring just two points while adding seven rebounds and four assists in 17 minutes.

Curry, for his part, showed LeBron and the Lakers how good he is with 30 points in 26 minutes of play. Of course it could have been 31 had it not been for that shocking “tremor in the force,” as the broadcasters said.
