Zoe Saldana, 43, is bringing #fitspo to a whole new level with her latest Instagram Story. The actress, who stars in the upcoming show Maya and the Three, just posted a brand new selfie with her husband, Marco Perego Saldana—and her core looks so sculpted.

Zoe poses in a mismatched underwear set, with Marco right behind her. Tbh, it's a total power couple moment, but I can't look away from Zoe's washboard abs. The Guardians of the Galaxy star has been pretty open about her fitness routine. And if it gives her a six-pack like this:

Then I'm in!

Zoe's workout routine changes based on how busy she is: "Between travel, meetings, and shoots, schedules are rough for me," she told Shape back in 2017. "I try to work out three times a week, but I don't believe in getting on one machine for 30 minutes."

Zoe also explained that she varies her workouts to keep things interesting in the gym. "If I do a lot of cardio, it usually just means I'll be dragging my feet for the rest of the day," she said. "And when I'm shooting, I really don't like to be strict with my workout, since I'm already putting in 16-hour days."

Zoe's go-to circuit includes "20-minute intervals either at the gym or at home, where I run in place for 30 seconds, then do squats, then carry a heavy medicine ball a few times in a row until I get my heart rate up," per Shape.

As for her diet, the Avatar star said "I can't work out regularly, so I compensate by eating a lot healthier than I might otherwise." And eating balanced meals helps her give her body what it needs without restricting herself. "I try not to deprive my body of anything, because the moment I have just salads and protein for a few days, I crave carbs," she said.

"But when I eat everything in balance, I think less about food and more about everything else. It's about eating to live, not living to eat," Zoe added.

Zoe usually starts her day off right with avocado toast topped with tomato slices, according to Bon Appetit. Later in the day, she might make a build-your-own panini bar for her fam or indulge in her favorite snack: popcorn.

"I’m working unusual hours and I don’t like to eat super heavy very early in the morning or very late at night," Zoe told Bon Appetit. "So popcorn caters to all of my senses before I go to bed." Here's to many future snack sessions, Zoe—with extra butter, maybe?
