The New York Jets (1-3) and Atlanta Falcons (1-3) will play the NFL’s first international game since 2019, as they’re in London for an early morning matchup Sunday. Kickoff from Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium will be at 9:30 a.m. ET. Below, we look at the Jets vs. Falcons odds and lines, and make our best NFL picks, predictions and bets.
The Jets secured their first win of the season last week against the Tennessee Titans, an overtime victory at home. It was a stunner for the Titans, who no longer look like contenders in the AFC through four weeks. Jets QB Zach Wilson had his best game yet, throwing for 297 yards with 2 touchdowns and a pick.
The Falcons have once again been unimpressive, as they’re struggling mightily on defense with 128 points allowed through four weeks. They’ve been outscored by their opponents by 50 points, with two blowout losses, a narrow defeat against the Washington Football Team and a 3-point win over the New York Giants.

Prediction
Falcons 21, Jets 17
Money line
Neither of these teams has played well this season and it would take a minor miracle for either of them to factor into the playoff mix. The Jets offense has been horrible outside of Sunday’s win over the Titans, and the Falcons defense can’t stop anyone but from a talent perspective, this game favors Atlanta.
Bet the FALCONS (-145) to win outright in London, even without Ridley in the lineup.
Against the spread
The Jets and Falcons are both 1-3 against the spread through four weeks and each has suffered two blowout losses. Dating back to last season, the Falcons covered the spread in only three of their last nine games.
It should be a close game regardless as I don’t see either team scoring enough points to result in a blowout, but with the spread only being 2.5 points, I like the FALCONS -2.5 (-125).
Over/Under
The Jets’ 27-point outburst against the Titans was likely an outlier after they scored just 20 total points through three games – admittedly against some solid defenses. Atlanta has had some unimpressive outings on offense, too, and now it will be without Ridley at wideout.
I’m betting the UNDER 45.5 (-108) in this game, especially with it being a long trip for both teams going to London.
