NODAWAY COUNTY— A Missouri man was injured in an accident just after 10p.m. Friday in Nodaway County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2016 Polaris UTV driven by Adam L. Mattison, 31, Maryville, was southbound on Hawk Road five miles north of Maryville.
The UTV began to overturn, struck a fence and the passenger identified as Phillip L. McGIlley, 60, Maryville, was ejected. Clarinda Air Evac transported McGinley to Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. Mattison was not injured. They were not wearing helmets, according to the MSHP.
