Brew Fest benefits local kids and fans of beer

THREE OAKS, Mich. -- Journeyman Distillery will host its annual festival of small-batch brews on October 16 from 1:00–5:00pm (ET). 100% of ticket proceeds benefit Islay’s Barrel, a 501c3 nonprofit organization with a mission to extend summer enrichment opportunities to Southwest Michigan children.

Islay’s Barrel raises funds to send local kids to local summer camps. Funds also provide valuable support to nonprofit organizations including Dunes Learning Center and Camp Eberhart, serving kids in our community.

Featuring barrel-aged beverages from dozens of breweries, wineries, and cideries in friendly competition for bragging rights and the coveted Golden Barrel trophy, the event draws fans of craft brewing from Chicago and beyond.

“It’s an opportunity for area makers to get creative and connect with fans,” notes Journeyman Production Manager, Tom Balich.

General admission tickets include a Barrel Aged Brew Fest glass to take home, plus 6 tasting tickets. Early access VIP tickets to get in before the doors open! Includes an extra hour of tasting starting at noon, Barrel Aged Brew Fest Gift, Barrel Aged Brew Fest Glass, and 8 beer tickets. Additional tasting tickets will be available at the festival—along with hot food, music, and more. Designated Driver tickets are available as well.

The Barrel Aged Brew Fest will be held on October 16th at Journeyman Distillery in Three Oaks Michigan. Doors open at 1:00 pm. VIP ticket holders will be admitted at noon. 100% of ticket sales benefit local kids.
