Police: Man arrested after punching woman in Center City

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The man behind a brutal attack in Philadelphia's Center City section is now in police custody.

Video shows a woman being punched and knocked to the ground at 21st and Walnut streets on Thursday, September 30.

Police say the suspect was able to run off after the incident.

The victim is still recovering at this time, and there is no word yet on what charges the suspect may face.
