After missing last Sunday's overtime loss to the Jets, Titans receiver Julio Jones will miss the Titans' Week 5 game against the Jaguars as he continues to deal with a hamstring injury. A.J. Brown, who was also inactive for last Sunday's loss in New York, has no injury designation heading into Sunday's game. Brown, who is also dealing with a hamstring issue, was limited during Wednesday's practice but was a full participant on Thursday and Friday.

With both players out of last Sunday's game, Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill went 30 of 49 passing for 298 yards and a touchdown against the Jets. He completed passes to nine different players that included eight completions to running back Jeremy McNichols, six to receiver Josh Reynolds and five to wideout Chester Rogers. Despite their contributions along with 157 yards rushing from Derrick Henry, the Titans dropped their second game and are 2-2 through four games.

Despite last week's absence, Jones leads the Titans with 204 receiving yards. Brown is currently sixth on the team with 92 receiving yards. A second-round pick in the 2019 drat, Brown earned his first Pro Bowl selection in 2020 after catching 70 passes for 1,075 yards and 11 touchdowns. He caught 53 passes for 1,051 yards and eight touchdowns as a rookie.
