The following actions were on file at Magisterial District Judge Tony Little’s office as of October 4, 2021.
When cases are “waived” to Adams County Court of Common Pleas, a defendant has opted not to have a hearing before a magisterial district judge. Cases “held” means a magisterial district judge conducted a hearing and ruled the case would move forward to county court.
Beth Staub, 33, of Aspers, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with tax office request to examine records for audit purposes April 15, 2014, in Adams County and paid a fine, costs, and restitution totaling $179.26.
Cade Fennell, 20, of New Cumberland, pleaded guilty to harassment Aug. 14 in Berwick Township and paid a fine and costs totaling $314.26.
Kelly Kaiser, of Gettysburg, pleaded guilty to failing to file local income tax July 15 in Adams County and paid a fine, costs, and restitution totaling $179.28.
Kaylee Klinedinst, 37, of Abbottstown, was found guilty of failing to file local income tax Jan. 1, 2013, in Adams County and paid a fine, costs, and restitution totaling $183.55.
Jackorlin Valverde, 36, of York, was charged with possessing a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, three counts related to driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.02% while license is suspended, and careless driving April 20 in Huntington Township. The case was waived to county court.
James Albin, 69, of New Oxford, was charged with driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.16%, careless driving, and a traffic lane violation July 5 in Oxford Township. The case was waived to county court.
Matthew Strickler, 50, of Mount Joy, pleaded guilty to harassment Aug. 7 in Berwick Township and paid a fine and costs totaling $314.28.
Valerie Cruz, 39, of York Springs, was charged with two counts related to forgery July 24 in Latimore Township. The case was waived to county court.
Skiler Mullen, 27, of Abbottstown, was charged with driving with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.10%, driving under the influence, and careless driving May 27 in Oxford Township. The case was waived to county court.
Jessica Smith, 35, of New Oxford, was charged with driving with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.10% and driving under the influence June 7 in Oxford Township. The case was waived to county court.
Anthony Aguilera, 22, of New Oxford, was charged with two counts related to driving under the influence and improper sunscreening July 9 in Oxford Township. The case was waived to county court.
Liza Trout, 36, of Hanover, was charged with two counts related to driving under the influence, a traffic lane violation, and careless driving July 7 in Reading Township. The case was waived to county court.
Jennifer Azogi, 40, of Rochester, N.Y., was charged with possessing a small amount of marijuana and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked July 16 in Latimore Township. The case was waived to county court.
