DC's FanDome teaser has given fans a new look at Ezra Miller in the upcoming The Flash movie.

In the teaser, which you can check out above, fans can see what looks to be a behind-the-scenes image of Miller as The Flash's alter-ego Barry Allen sporting glasses and working in a lab.

DC FanDome (where we expect to learn more about The Flash) airs on October 16 at 1pm EST (that's 6pm in the UK).

The Flash is the first solo outing for Miller's character, who made his debut in 2016's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

The film's plot looks set to be based on the popular 2011 'Flashpoint' storyline from the comic books, where The Flash travels back in time to save his mother's life but ends up causing huge consequences for the time.

In April, it was confirmed that Michael Keaton will appear in the film as Batman, while Ben Affleck will also be back.

Then, a month later, director Andy Muschietti teased the appearances of the Batmen in the film by sharing a behind-the-scenes image of Bruce Wayne's chair.

Speaking about Affleck's role in the film, Muschietti said last year (via Vanity Fair): "He's a very substantial part of the emotional impact of the movie.

"The interaction and relationship between Barry and Affleck's Wayne will bring an emotional level that we haven't seen before.

"It's Barry's movie, it's Barry's story, but their characters are more related than we think. They both lost their mothers to murder, and that's one of the emotional vessels of the movie. That's where the Affleck Batman kicks in."

The Flash is scheduled for release on November 4, 2022. The Batman has a release date of March 4, 2022.
