On Friday, Oct. 8 from noon to 3 p.m, join the Economic Justice Program as they host an  in-person LGBTQ+ affirming career fair at the Sacramento LGBT Community Center Midtown location on 1015 20th St.. The event is curated to connect LBGTQ+ job seekers to Sacramento employers. Over 20+ companies and businesses will be in attendance. The event is free and open to the public. 

“The ‘You Betta Work’ Career Fair is designed to bring affirming employers and career-minded jobseekers together.” Says Deputy Chief Programs Officer, Robynne Rose-Haymer, “we believe that setting the intention and creating the space for meaningful connections is the key for good outcomes.”

The employers featured at this upcoming You Betta Work Fair! will consist of businesses, big and small, from all over the Sacramento region, including: SMUD, UC Davis Health, Anthem Blue Cross, U.S. Bank, T-Mobile, Visit Rancho Cordova, Nugget Market, Accenture, Thunder Valley Casino Resort, Amazon, Tesla, UPS, and more!
