Hear from our state's leaders as they speak before the Committee

PHOENIX, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY/CNN) - A final report of Cyber Ninja's Arizona election audit of the Maricopa County 2020 results has been released. Hear from both sides of the aisle about their discrepancies.

Chairman Jack Sellers

Jack Sellers is the Chair of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors & former Chandler Vice Mayor.

He has served on the Board of Supervisors, representing District 1, since February 2019.

In November 2020, voters elected him to serve a four-year term on the Board.

Sellers shared at the meeting:

"The Election of November 3rd, 2020, in Maricopa County was free, fair and accurate."

Supervisor Bill Gates

Bill Gates is the Supervisor of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.

He represents District 3 on the Board of Supervisors.

As a supervisor, his priorities include public safety; fiscal responsibility; intelligent growth; economic development; encouraging innovation; and finding efficiencies.

Gates shared at the meeting:

“The 2020 election in Maricopa County, the general election, was the best election we’ve ever run in Maricopa County. The way that I know that is that it was the most scrutinized election in the history of Maricopa County. Election experts said that. Machine counts confirmed it. Hand counts confirmed it. The court system re-confirmed it.”

Chair of the House Freedom Caucus Andy Biggs

Congressman Andy Biggs is an Arizona native and currently serving his third term in the U.S. House of Representatives.

He represents District 5 in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Before being elected to Congress, Congressman Biggs served in the Arizona Legislature for 14 years.

He served as the Arizona Senate President during his last four years.

At the meeting, Representative Jamie Raskin asked Congressman Biggs, "Who won the election in Arizona - Donald Trump or Joe Biden?"

To which the congressman responded back with, " We don't know. As the audit demonstrates very clearly, Mr. Raskin, there are a lot of issues with this election that took place."
