Following his WWE release on June 2, Braun Strowman (Adam Scherr) made his return to wrestling at Free The Narrative II.
Strowman explored himself on a personal and professional level in the Narrative and there was even a tease of Bray Wyatt.
Speaking to JC in a Control Your Narrative interview, Strowman named Wyatt as the one guy he would like to see knock on the door and enter The Narrative.
"There is only one person I want to see knock on that door. He's family. He showed me things in life that I never could have imagined seeing. He bestowed the gift upon me of being the Godfather to his son. Windham. I'm waiting for you brother," he said.
Wyatt was released by WWE on July 31.
Strowman has been linked to Wyatt for the majority of his wrestling career as he was brought into the Wyatt Family for his main roster debut. The two headlined WWE SummerSlam 2020 with Wyatt winning the WWE Universal Championship.
