NBC recently dropped the trailer for Chicago Med Season 7 Episode 4, and it can give viewers more insight into what is to come.

The 30-second clip opens with Vanessa seemingly flirting with Crockett. Other residents notice their body language. And Robin (Mekia Cox) says that it seems Vanessa is falling for her mentor.

In the second scene, Crockett tells Vanessa that she's all for her gung-ho spirit, but he also encourages the newbie to take a break sometimes.

However, the third scene is most telling of what may come for Crockett and Vanessa. The latter enters the room where the former is napping and holds Crockett's hand while he's asleep.

In Chicago Med Season 7 Episode 3 titled, Be the Change You Want to See, Archer (Steven Weber) demanded all the residents spend less time with their psychiatric patients.

And when Charles refused to follow his orders, he threatened to transfer him out of the emergency department.

When Archer arrived at the hospital to temporarily replace Ethan (Brian Tee), it became apparent that he disliked psychiatry.

Archer also disliked Charles because of their previous disagreement on what they should do to a patient who refuses to consent to get specific procedures.

Other than this, Archer and Charles also butted heads regarding other matters at the hospital.

For instance, Charles didn't want to follow the new time log protocol. So, his refusal to follow Archer's orders upset the latter.

But regardless if Charles followed Archer's orders or not, the latter would still have something to say. After all, there's bad blood between the two.

Elsewhere in the episode, Jim (Nate Santana) acted abusively towards his wife. And Stevie was also accused of harassing a female grad student.

Later, it was revealed that Jim might have acted on impulse because of his brain tumor. But even then, there's still no excuse for his actions.
