The NBA is gearing up for a season-long celebration of its 75th anniversary. They went all out in a recent promotional video that featured some of the biggest names in the league — both past and present.

LeBron James and Kevin Durant were some of the headliners of this epic clip, which as of writing, has already amassed a whopping 3.4 million views. Needless to say, this was a massive hit for the NBA:

There were so many legends that made an appearance throughout the clip, with perhaps none bigger than the likes of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Bill Russell, Magic Johnson, and Larry Bird, to name a few. Dirk Nowitzki, Dwyane Wade, Julius Erving, and Dikembe Mutombo were all present as well. The superstars of today's NBA were represented by the likes of Zion Williamson, Trae Young, Devin Booker, and Jayson Tatum.

The most emotional bit of the NBA's video, however, has got to be the moment they honored the late, great Kobe Bryant. It's a shame that the Black Mamba is no longer with us, but there's no denying that his legacy lives on.

Interestingly, the main character in the video (the bus driver) was played by Hollywood actor Michael B. Jordan. The NBA's own MJ (aka the GOAT) was a notable absentee in this star-studded commemorative clip.
