Scott’s trial begins Dec. 8, a date that was set after a hearing in White Plains court virtually Thursday.

The Westchester DA’s Office refused to offer a plea deal in the case, so the trial will move forward, which he will have to come to in-person.

Scott was caught asleep at the wheel in his car just after 4 a.m. on Aug. 31 in White Plains, police said.

The 44-year-old refused a breathalyzer test, but failed a field sobriety test, according to officials.

According to ESPN's Jeff Passan, Scott was at the home of team owner Steve Cohen the night of his arrest for a team foundation fundraiser.

Scott was placed on administrative leave by the team following the arrest. He pleaded not guilty to DWI, stopping/standing/parking on a highway, failure to obey a traffic and failure to notify the DMV of an address change.
