Kylian Mbappe has had his redemption moment. The France forward has netted an EMPHATIC penalty to level the scores in Belgium vs France.

Mbappe had the lowest moment of his career to date at Euro 2020, having missed the decisive penalty in the shootout between Les Bleus and Switzerland.

Still, the Paris Saint-Germain starboy had the cojones to step up to the mark after Youri Tielemans was adjudged to have fouled Antoine Griezmann in the penalty area.

Some would doubt themselves after the ordeal that Mbappe went through over the summer, but not this young man.

Mbappe took the safety off and he emphatically dispatched the penalty into the top corner of Thibaut Courtois’ goal, leaving the Real Madrid stopper with absolutely no chance.

That sakes some serious character to first of all volunteer yourself for the job, and to have executed it in this manner, Mbappe deserves endless amounts of credit…
