The first variant of Black Widow was in Episode 3 wherein the Earth lost its mightiest heroes in the hands of Hank Pym who wants to avenge the death of his daughter, Hope Van Dyne, in a universe where Fury almost lost all hope until they took Captain America out of ice. Natasha died last and she was the one who revealed the truth.

Her second variant was only shown briefly in Episode 5 wherein the Avengers took the last stand against the zombies but did not make it. Before the third, we look into her fourth variant first, the one which always "got the six" of Captain Carter as seen in the finale. Natasha became the right-hand woman of Peggy and they found, in the post-credits scene, the Hydra Stomper which possibly has Steve Rogers inside.

Black Widow's third variant, the one from the apocalypse, definitely deserves a special mention. She was regarded as the last hope of her universe as she remained to be the lone survivor of the Age of Ultron. When she lost Clint in a reverse Endgame style, her heart is set to defeat the one who devastated their universe – Infinity Ultron.

While she was not part of the chosen ones of Uatu to be part of the Guardians of the Multiverse, it seems that Natasha was meant to be in the team after all as The Watcher made sure to have the battle in the apocalyptic universe. In the end, Doctor Strange Supreme kept Killmonger and Ultron, who were in the middle of a joust between the stones, frozen in time, like a bubble.

With all the others going back to their respective universes, it was considerable that Black Widow wouldn't want to be back there being the only person left alive. So, Uatu had her placed in another, the one where her variant died because of Hank Pym, and he got reunited with Nick Fury on a SHIELD helicarrier while fighting with the army of Loki who wants to take over the Earth, the one from Episode 3.

Fury recognizes the fact that she is not his Natasha but she definitely has the spirit of the one he lost. The heroine deserves a better life, after all.
