The Wish looks like it’ll be one of the most exciting and luxurious ships, with the first-ever Disney attraction at sea, brand new dining experiences, and some very fancy rooms. We just got some MORE information about new experiences on board that are just for the kids!

Disney previously announced that there will be an Oceaneer club on board, where kids can hang out with superheroes, princesses, and imagineers. There are activities in each area related to the theme,  like training with Ant-Man and The Wasp to develop Pym particles…

…making up new stories with Belle, and acting out scenes from Frozen with Anna, Elsa, and Olaf. But there are two NEW spaces that we just learned about! The first is the Star Wars: Cargo Bay, where kids will go to help take care of the creatures from a galaxy far, far away. Creatures like a porg, Loth-cat, worrt, and more are being transported to Batuu, and they need caretakers to help with the journey.

Kids will use “augmented reality-enabled datapads” to learn about the creatures, and Chewbacca and Rey might pop in to help out! Disney has said that some things might “go awry,” and kids will need to ask the Star Wars characters for help and even use the force.

The second new experience is the Mickey and Minnie Captain’s Deck. This area is designed for toddlers, as a nautical-themed playground with all kinds of “sensory-style games and activities.” Little ones staying at the It’s a Small World Nursery will also get to use this space during certain times.

Minnie’s Captain Academy is a training session where kids get to try a set of high-energy, educational challenges. Disney says that “Captain Minnie will inspect their progress and officially declare them honorary captains.”

For older kids (tweens and teens), the clubs Edge and Vibe are available as hangout spots, with lounge space and gaming.
