Kayla Nicole showed off her super-toned figure during a gym session on Tuesday.
The 29-year-old model, whose boyfriend is Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, flaunted her impressive body on Instagram for her 583,000 followers. Nicole is roughly one week into a 15-day detox and already seeing results she’s proud to share.
Nicole wore a gray sports bra and bright blue leggings to her gym session, where she admired her figure in front of the camera.

Nicole announced she’d be participating in the 15-day detox on Sept. 25, making the detox program available to her followers for purchase. Inspired by body positivity and the importance of wellness, Nicole launched her brand centered around fitness in 2020. The former on-camera host’s Instagram bio reads, “I believe strong is sexy, so I made a brand for it,” with a link to her professional fitness page @strongissexy.
