Justin Bieber is coming dangerously close to starring in his own Nancy Meyers rom-com with his latest music video.

On Wednesday, the singer shared a teaser for the music video for “Ghost,” a song from his album Justice. Diane Keaton makes a surprise appearance in the clip from the video directed by Colin Tilley, appearing to play the pop star’s mom. In the brief snippet, Bieber can be seen hugging the actress from behind while staring out at the ocean, posing for family photos, and drinking and dancing together at a bar. “What are we talking about @diane_keaton, this is what we’ve been waiting for!!!,” Bieber wrote in the caption for the teaser.

Keaton also shared the video on her own Instagram page, writing, “AM I DREAMING??? WHAT AN HONOR IT WAS TO WORK WITH JUSTIN BIEBER AND HIS INCREDIBLE TEAM!!!” Underneath the Grammy winner’s post, she added, “THANK YOU FOR HAVING ME!!!” The full music video is set to be released this Friday, October 8, to coincide with the debut of the Amazon documentary about the musician, Justin Bieber: Our World, which follows him as he prepares for his 2020 New Year’s Eve concert.

While the pairing might seem extremely unexpected, Keaton has actually been a big fan of the Biebs for years. In 2015, during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the actress admitted she had a little bit of a crush on the pop star after being shown Bieber’s Calvin Klein campaign, saying, “That is not possible—I have not seen that. That is gorgeous. Wow, ok, now we’re talking.” DeGeneres then surprised her guest with the man himself. While her and Bieber’s exchange was very brief, Keaton did get to kiss him on the cheek before exclaiming, “Okay let’s get real here…I mean, that’s real beauty. Do you think he’ll ask me out later?”
