There are so many exciting things to plan for on your next Disney World trip!
There are new restaurants like Space 220 and La Crêperie de Paris, new rides like Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, and 50th Anniversary offerings around the parks. One of the upcoming offerings at WDW is the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, and certain guests can start planning their trip and book their stay at the hotel now!
The new Star Wars hotel will offer a unique experience, similar to a cruise ship, where guests are “onboard” the Halcyon for two days. During your journey, you’ll encounter new characters, learn about the workings of the ship, enjoy special dining options, and participate in your own Star Wars story. And starting today, Annual Passholders and DVC members can book their stay!
Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members currently have an early booking window for this experience from October 7th-9th. During the next two days, these groups may book voyages on the Halcyon (that’s the name of the ship!) for travel dates from March 1st-May 4th.
If you’d like to book this special experience, make sure to check your email for a unique booking code and the phone number to call. When we called this morning, we hadn’t yet received our email with the unique pin code, but the agent we spoke with was able to look up the one attached to our account.
This morning, wait times for the phone lines were over 2 hours projected, and we spent about an hour and fifty minutes on the line in total — from the time we first called at 7AM until we were completely booked at 8:50AM. When we spoke with the Cast Member, the maiden voyage was still available, but reservations for the Captain’s Table dining experience had already been taken up before the AP/DVC booking window opened.
General booking opens up on October 28th for all guests. Club 33 members and Golden Oak residents already had their early booking window on October 5th and 6th. We’ll make sure to keep you updated on availability and any booking problems that may arise today.

Called at 7:01am and waited 2 hours and 10 mins. Once cast member picked up I was told that the que couldn’t take anymore calls to try later. She was a screener and only verified if you really wanted to book.
