Motorola Moto E40 teased ahead of launch

Motorola India is gearing up to release a new budget offering in its E-series dubbed Moto E40. The device was teased in a new tweet from the brand hinting at a launch date in the near future.

Previous Moto E40 leaks have shown us its design and key specs which include a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, Unisoc T700 chipset and triple camera setup with a 48MP main sensor and three 2MP auxiliary modules. The battery should come in at 4,000 mAh.

The device will sport a punch hole cutout display and a plastic back with a ridged pattern. Moto E40 is expected to retail around INR 13,500/$180.

It's time for a Moto C series that will be small enough to fit in a pocket. I remember when the G series was even pocket sized. Good old days.
