Tommy Fury Has To Change His Name To 'Tommy Fumbles' If He Loses To Jake Paul

There's more than just bragging rights at stake in the proposed boxing match between Jake Paul and Tommy Fury.

Trash-talking YouTuber Paul has just upped the odds even more, suggesting a huge bet between the two rivals - one with dire consequences.

In the proposed bet, Paul says that if Fury beats him then he'll cough up and extra $500,000.

Not bad, not bad at all.

But if Paul somehow hands Fury his first professional defeat, then the former Love Island contestant must change his name to 'Tommy Fumbles' for an entire year.

Brutal, absolutely brutal.

It comes not long after Tommy's world champion brother Tyson vowed to retire his younger sibling if he ever lost to Paul.

Well, now Paul has chimed in.

"This is my official response to Tyson Fury," he said in a video posted online.

"He just said that if his little brother Timmy Fury loses to me then he will make him quit boxing and he will have to change his last name. He will no longer be a Fury.

"You know me, I'm a betting man. So I'm putting my money up right now. Tommy, if you beat me I will give you and extra $500,000. However, if you lose you have to change your last name for one year to 'Tommy Fumbles'.

"Deal or no deal? I'm putting the money up, are you confident?"

Fury is yet to respond to Paul's wild suggestion.

The two rivals have been going back and forth for months now, trading barbs online, at press conferences and even in person.

With Fury still boasting an unbeaten record and Paul taking the boxing world by storm, it seems only a matter of time before the duo finally settle their differences inside the ring.

That said, a deal is yet to be struck.

Various figures have been laid out on the table, but negotiations seem to keep breaking down between the two camps.

Last month, Fury admitted he turned down two separate offers from Paul's team, the second of which being for $1 million.

But Fury knows just how much cash a fight of this magnitude can generate, adding that the deal was "not worth getting out of bed for".

Both blokes clearly can't wait to get their hands on one another with Fury hoping he'll be the one responsible for derailing the Jake Paul hype train.
