Plant-based Italian Sausage with Charred Brussels

Ingredients

1 400g package
PC plant-based Sausages, removed from casing and pinched into nubs
1 teaspoon
za’atar
2
sliced shallots
1.5 lb
trimmed and halved Brussels
2 tablespoons
EVOO
1/2 teaspoons
kosher salt
1/4 teaspoons
black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Mix Brussels with 1 tablespoon EVOO and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place on a lined baking sheet and flip after 15 minutes
  4. Place 1 tablespoon EVOO In a large sauté pan on medium heat, sauté shallots and sausage. Season with za’atar and stir softly until crisp.
  5. Once Brussels are charred toss with sausage, correct seasoning and serve.
