A fully renovated 11,709-square-foot Miami Beach mansion hit the market Tuesday for $42 million.

The waterfront home just got a design overhaul from the local architectural firm the AquaBlue Group, according to the listing with Albert Justo and Mirce Curkoski with the Waterfront Team at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. It features seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and two powder rooms, plus a glass-enclosed great room with double-height ceilings.

“The most fascinating space is the great room, which is such a large open space, all glass, with garden views on one side and Bay views on the other side,” said Mr. Justo, adding that there are also “beautiful sunset views.”

If the home sells for close to its asking price, it would be the most expensive sale on North Bay Road, according to the Multiple Listing Service. Currently, the priciest deal on the prestigious street, located on Biscayne Bay, was a $39.25 million transaction in February.

A limited liability company tied to the AquaBlue Group currently owns the property.

The firm bought it in January from its previous owner, former Miami Heat player Chris Bosh, who scored $14.4 million for the mansion, according to property records. The home had been listed since 2018, when it hit the market for $18 million, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The home also features Italian millwork throughout, plus custom furniture—most of which is included in the price—designed for the space by the AquaBlue Group, Mr. Justo added.

Other amenities include a courtyard between the entrance and great room, two kitchens, two laundry rooms, a guest wing with garden and Bay views and a “massive” primary bedroom suite with outdoor space, dressing rooms and a bathroom with soaking tub, standing shower and two vanities, according to the listing. There’s also an elevator.

Outside there’s an outdoor kitchen and dining area, a green wall, landscaped grounds and a pool.
