Los Angeles Dodgers infielder Max Muncy (elbow) will not play in Wednesday's Wild Card contest against the St. Louis Cardinals.
According to manager Dave Roberts, Muncy will sit out on Wednesday night after suffering a dislocated left elbow. Expect Matt Beaty to see more at-bats if the Dodgers can advance past today's round.
Per Baseball Savant on 378 batted balls this season, Muncy has produced a 16.1% barrel rate and a .268 expected average.
