The Bold and the Beautiful is welcoming back a troublemaker: Sean Kanan will return as Deacon Sharpe in the CBS soap’s Oct. 7 episode.
The actor announced the news on Wednesday, tweeting, “I’m baaaaack! Tune in tomorrow… and see what daytime’s baddest bad boy has in store for the Foresters.”
Kanan previously starred on B&B from 2000 to 2017. Check out a photo from his return above.

what if the bold and beautiful has Deacon enter a forbidden romance with Thomas? If Steffy is worried about Thomas getting closer to Hope, perhaps she will ask Deacon to get closer to Thomas himself, even if it means both Thomas and Deacon ending up in bed together!
I love Guy Pierce and especially his work in 3 movies and 3 series as the Aussie Jack Irish.
Why was Deacon in prison
I remember Quinn pushed Deacon off a cliff. I thought that was the end of him.
Love Deacon being back, though he’s a rude SOB in person. His character is perfect.
The clothing, especially the women’s clothing is awful.
Well-known actors get approached on a regular basis. Put yourself in Sean Kanan’s shoes. It probably gets frustrating to try to grab some quiet time. And fans can be rude, as well. And noisy…Ugh!
Happy to see Sheila and Deacon back. The story line was getting too sappy, with all those love triangles emerging one after another. I sense a comic thread running through Deacon/Sheila “love match”; it has possibilities.
Also, am I the only one annoyed at Stephanie and Ridge’s ultimatums to the rest of the Forester Family? “I Forbid it!” and their constant butting in other people’s lives. How about a pushback to these meddlers, once in awhile. And Brooke has no standing when judging anyone else. She has conveniently forgotten the scandals she caused through the years. A comeuppance is in order.
