Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are looking to make quite a profit off the sale of their Hollywood Hills mansion.

The couple recently put their sprawling 10-acre compound on the market for $35 million, according to property records obtained by the Daily Mail. Timberlake originally purchased the massive property for a mere $8.3 million at the height of his NSYNC fame in 2002, just months after breaking up with Britney Spears. That means the singer is poised to make back over four times his initial investment.

The 13,530-square-foot Spanish villa-style home can be found on a cul-de-sac off Mulholland Drive on what was once part of the Errol Flynn estate. The mansion features seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms in the main house with another two bedrooms found in the guest home, which was recently renovated by famed interior designer Estee Stanley. The two-story home blends rustic with modern details, like exposed wooden beams and an open floor plan. It also includes amenities like a gourmet kitchen, gym, screening room, and an outdoor living room that wraps around the exterior of the home, perfect for entertaining and large parties. There’s also an 85-foot, zero edge pool with another plunge pool found below, a lit tennis court, meadow, forest, and farm-to-table vegetable gardens.

In addition to this California estate, Timberlake and Biel also own a penthouse apartment in Tribeca, as well as homes in Montana and Tennessee.
