Joey Gallo’s girlfriend happy to have ‘my man back’ after Yankees playoff exit

Joey Gallo’s girlfriend is happy to have his undivided attention after his season ended on Tuesday night.

Following the wild-card game — which ended in a 6-2 Yankees loss to the Red Sox — Claire Danko shared a PDA snap from the past of her with the Yankees outfielder.

“I got my mans back,” she wrote over an Instagram Story photo, that showed her sitting on Gallo’s lap. The outfielder sat on a bed and wrapped his arms around her.

“Let’s go off season,” Danko added, along with a white heart emoji.

Gallo’s girlfriend attended the playoff game at Fenway Park in Boston, where she enjoyed some cocktails with her fellow New York WAGs.

Danko and the group — which included pitcher Clay Holmes’ wife, Ashlyn; catcher Kyle Higashioka’s partner, Alyse; pitcher Aroldis Chapman’s longtime partner, Cristina Barnea; and pitcher Nestor Cortes Jr.’s girlfriend, Alondra G. Esteras Russy — shared videos to their separate Instagram stories.

The two have been romantically linked since at least March, according to her Instagram, though it’s unclear when the relationship started. She has a “baseball” highlight documenting her support of Gallo at games, dating back to his Rangers days.

Danko attended the Rangers’ Gala Night with Gallo in July at Globe Life Field. That same month, she was by Gallo’s side in Denver at the 2021 MLB All-Star Game.

Gallo was traded to the Yankees at the end of July, and has one year left on his contract with the team.
